2) Provide examples of formative evaluations

3)Provide examples of summative evaluations

4)Describe how formative evaluations build to facilitate summative evaluations

5)List 4-5 tenets of providing constructive feedback

6)Identify when an evaluation conversation is turning into a negative situation

7)Identify 2-3 ways to redirect an evaluation conversation that is turning negative

8)Provide examples of approporiate milestones/endpoints following an example of a constructive evaluation
